Hi! I’m Christine. I’m a self-proclaimed HR geek. Yes, it’s true. I believe that HR can and should be fun, or at the very least not an agonizing part of your business. I thrive on developing HR capacity, solving people problems, and building high-quality HR policies and practices that relieve stress and worry for you. The end product will make your company a great place to work and put more money in your pocket.
I’ve been providing HR guidance to emerging, small, and medium-sized organizations in Atlantic Canada for more than 20 years. I’m really proud to offer a scalable and flexible service model, good old common sense, and light touch to craft amazing people operations that Founders, CEOs, and employees alike can be proud of. I bring a relaxed, authentic, and fun approach to my clients and I know that this HR geek will help you, your people, and your business be successful.

Jen Mosher
Jen's personality is as bright as her nails. She's our calendar queen and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Jen has travelled far and wide (quite literally), gaining international experience for over a decade with Carnival Cruise Lines. She has tight ties to the Dartmouth community through her volunteer work with non-profit groups. Her work is her livelihood, and it shows in her attention to detail and commitment to seeing every project through to the end.
Jen has her hands on everything, from scheduling and developing products to recruiting and beyond. Jen goes above and beyond for every client, taking the time to connect, understand, and follow through with the support and services our clients need.
Feeling like your social media or marketing lacks luster? Jen is here to help with her hands-on assistance, creative ideas, and Canva skills. She can rejuvenate existing platforms or guide you from scratch.

(affectionately known as Bean)
He brings pure joy, infectious energy, and blissful happiness to the team (though rarely with all four paws on the floor). Whether he’s bringing you a shoe, greeting guests with a long, dramatic story, or lazing in a sunbeam like he owns the place, Lennon reminds us that wellness, play, and a little silliness are essential to life and to a healthy workplace.
He takes his role very seriously... well, not that seriously.

Finnigan
Our golden boy Finn, with a sixth sense for feelings and fun. He’s often found (semi-patiently) waiting for belly roobs, sneaking in for a treat, or nudging in for chest skritches. He lives for his daily walks, chasing his chuck-it ball at full speed, and swimming like he’s training for the Olympics.
But more than that, Finn just knows. He senses emotion and offers quiet comfort when it’s needed most. A perfect blend of affection and loyalty, Finn is a daily reminder of what makes all of us feel valued.
